Steadfast Crew collects only the information needed to estimate, arrange, and communicate about commercial cleaning service.
Information we collect
When you use the estimate or signup flow, we may collect business and contact information, facility details, quote inputs and outputs, optional notes, source or campaign parameters, referrer and landing page, timestamps, and your consent record. Phone and notes are optional. We do not ask for payment details, government identification, or sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- Calculate and preserve your cleaning estimate.
- Review and arrange the commercial cleaning request.
- Contact you about the request and service details.
- Measure aggregate website conversion and quote performance without sending names, email addresses, phone numbers, or notes to analytics.
Independent service providers
Steadfast Crew may use service providers to process form submissions, send email, host the website, and support business operations. Public analytics events are designed to exclude personal contact information and free-form notes.
Retention and deletion
We retain lead records for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time at alex@steadfastcrew.com. Do-not-contact requests are kept indefinitely so we can honor them.
Attribution and analytics
The site may record campaign parameters, page path, referrer, device class, quote attributes, and funnel events such as quote started, quote generated, reserve rate clicked, signup submitted, and signup error. Personal contact information and notes are not included in analytics properties.
